Overview

Join our Distribution Performance and Compensation team as a key role in supporting compensation activity for various distribution channels across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, Distribution Compensation, this role handles processing and administration of compensation bonus programs and override rates, and supports the development of recommendations for compensation programs and initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Perform complex calculations and accuracy validations associated with bonus programs and related reports for advisor and distribution field role compensation.
