Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager of Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) that will join a brand-aligned team of internal consultants and brand strategists that partner with senior commercial leaders, as well as internal GCA (Global Commercial Analytics) COEs, to maximize business value and enable executional excellence.
Reporting to the IIS Therapeutic Team Lead, this person will be responsible for designing and executing best-in-class primary market research to represent the voice of the customer in support of the strategic recommendations of the team.
This person will be accountable for a >$1M market research budget and be responsible for proactively identifying business questions, creating learning plans to address those questions, designing and managing multiple simultaneous research initiatives, and delivering clear and actionable insights-based recommendations.
