Job Overview
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, SIR departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirementsCandidate must have strong ServiceNow experience as a BA, create user stories and navigate ServiceNow, develop workflowsConduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvementEnsure that requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with business objectivesWrite clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteriaEnsure that user stories are understood and agreed upon by both the development team and stakeholdersBreak down high-level requirements into smaller, actionable piecesParticipate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesWork closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of user stories.<...
