You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping shape future processes, define requirements, and ensure successful implementation of new solutions.

THE WORK:

• Analyze and document current business processes and system functionalities (As-Is).
• Design and document future processes and target operating models (To-Be).
• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements for new IT developments and system enhancements.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, business cases, user stories, process models, and test cases.
