Hybrid: 4 days office, 1 day work from home

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• Business Analyst with Derivatives Experience with Strong experience in Capital Markets and Derivatives operations across Futures, Options, and complex OTC Swaps products.
• Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Iterative, Waterfall and/or Agile
• Requirements elicitation techniques and skills
• Requirements analysis and documentation
• Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
