The Senior Business Analyst – Business Initiatives supports analytics and reporting, maintains business reporting through collaborative work with the Sales team and internal partners, and ensures data accuracy, integrity, and availability.

• Report and analyze performance data for the Business Initiatives team, creating enhanced analytics and reporting tools.
• Monitor and resolve production data and platform issues, reconciling reporting discrepancies to minimize disruption to sales teams.
• Lead the annual sales target‑setting process in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain regional and advisor alignment on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
