Position Details
Responsibilities:
Investment analysis, modeling and valuation work Critical analysis and review of investment projects, deal materials and financial models and support in development of recommendations on all major investment decisions
Critical review, challenge and approval of internal valuation models of portfolio companies for financial reporting
Work with Advisory boards and management of business units to ensure proper investment review and decision making process
Development and improvement of internal investment and valuation policies and procedures
Corporate governance and control Support in monitoring and control over business units and portfolio companies and ensuring the quality of board materials including business unit performance and benchmarking reporting
