JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Senior Brand Strategy & Planning Executive to implement and manage multiple place shaping & marketing projects at Savills Ho Chi Minh.

You are responsible for delivering day-to-day support on all client accounting activities, working very closely with the wider team to ensure that RE projects are delivered successfully, on time and to budget. This person is comfortable working in a busy and varied environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and analyze project briefs to understand business objectives and communication needs.
• Conduct market, competitor, and brand analysis to identify target audiences and actionable insights.
• Utilize Savills' global data systems and resources to conduct research, analyze trends, and gather references for planning purposes.
