Senior BIM Manager Responsibilities

Acts as liaison for BIM related subject matter both internally and externally.

Develops interdisciplinary standards and process improvements related to BIM project delivery.

Provides direction and assists project teams with project setup and delivery.

Works with project managers and technical design staff to prepare drawing documentation.

Reviews projects for adherence to firm and project standards.

Evaluates and recommends BIM related software.

Creates end user training and support materials.

Leads the setup, maintenance, and development of our project models.

Develops families and other electronic template materials following corporate guidelines for our multidisciplinary studios.

Oversees and leads in the development of BIM Execution Plans for projects.
