The senior team lead will build, supervise, train, and manage an overseas/offshore team delivering shared-services support across multiple operational functions. While billing and collections will be a core component of the team’s responsibilities, the scope will also include personnel and workflows tied to Document Processing and Customer Service, with the potential to expand into additional functions over time. This role ensures consistent execution of processes across locations, drives quality and productivity, maintains clear service-level expectations, and serves as the primary point of contact between the offshore team and on-site leadership and business partners.
