Required Skills

Minimum Experience

• 5-7 years of project management experience in leading complex regulatory projects

Change Management

• Experience in leading projects that involve significant changes to existing processes, systems, and reporting

• Ability to develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new procedures.

Stakeholder Management

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills to align expectations and resolve conflicts.
