At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. You will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments.

Responsibilities

• Support transaction‑focused projects as a key member of the team.
• Work on assignments that span the lifecycle of an M&A deal, including analyses for carve‑out, post‑merger integration, and value creation projects.
• Assist in operational due diligence, data modeling, project planning, and execution of integration/separation initiatives.
• Contribute to client deliverables and reports, gaining exposure to both sell‑side and buy‑side transactions.
