Responsibilities
Establish and support the design vision of new projects and communicate the vision to the project team including sub-consultantsTogether with the Client, manage the project schedule and ensure the project remains on time and deliverable dates are metOversee the coordination of the project (drawings / design/ specs) the project teamCommunicate with the Client and subconsultants as necessary to support the projectProvide technical direction during the pre-design phase of the project including functional programming by preparing reports, sketches, and undertaking researchManage the overall design of the project and quality control of the documentsSupport coordination of the sub-consultants’ workContribute to business development through proposal writing and Client engagementBuild client relationships through identification of market opportunities, client communications, prep...
