We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) to support and maintain enterprise Data & ETL platforms in a mission-critical environment. The role involves hands‑on production support, troubleshooting, ETL workflow management, automation, and backend platform support across Linux and Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications and ETL platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, ETL, database, and infrastructure issues
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
• Support Informatica PowerCenter workflows, mappings, and debugging activities
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, shell scripts, and automation solutions
• Support backend applications developed in C++ and Perl
