Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the Vice President, Asset Management Leasing and Portfolio Strategy (Toronto), with a dotted line to the Director of Asset Management (Toronto), the Senior Analyst, Real Estate Asset Management will be responsible for supporting the Asset Management Team. This is a full‑time, in‑office role which requires a high degree of collaboration and communication amongst team members both in Toronto and in Vancouver. This is an on‑site role based in our Toronto real estate office.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Valuations Manager and Finance team to oversee the full valuation cycle, including coordinating with third‑party appraisers, reviewing reports, and updating internal models.
• Administer leasing software across the portfolio, including onboarding new brokers and supporting the leasing program.
