Description

The Reusable AI team is an essential component of the AI Factory program at P&G, focused on providing scalable Agentic, AI and API solutions that enhance various internal initiatives and empower data scientists with reusable tools and services. We are looking for a technical lead for the Reusable AI team within the Senior AI Engineering community. As a Senior AI Engineer, and as a Technical Lead for Reusable AI you will:

- Lead the technical and architectural decisions for the Reusable AI team, in particular for what concerns the development of services versus reusable components, and external contributions,
- Collaborate closely with the project manager to clearly understand user needs, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business requirements,
