The AI & Technology department is the strategic enabler within the technology organization, helping business domains and technology delivery teams shape and mature their AI ideas into secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions. Our mission is to accelerate AI adoption across Robeco by providing expertise, frameworks, and governance that empower teams to innovate responsibly and transition smoothly from concept to enterprise deployment.

In addition to AI, the new AI & Technology department will monitor emerging technologies and, together with technology delivery teams and Enterprise Architecture, assess their applicability for Robeco.
