About the job As a Senior Adjudication Review Officer, you will:

Conduct complex legal and procedural analysis to support the preparation of Notices of Inquiry/Review and draft legally sound Orders and Decisions based on detailed case review and established jurisprudence.

Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on adjudication procedures while maintaining impartiality and procedural fairness.

Monitor emerging legal trends and court decisions, identify related policy implications, and recommend improvements to adjudicative workflows, templates, or practices.

Respond to post-adjudication inquiries, including matters relating to judicial review, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and protection of the integrity of the IPC's decisions.
