Job Summary

The Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of customer accounts, investigating variances or unallocated payments, and providing financial insights through regular reporting to Senior Management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain AR Subledger.
• Prepare and present monthly AR report highlighting key movements of aged receivables, trends, and collection performance.
• Review open items (debits and credits) and coordinate with Credit Analyst for feedback and action items.
• Identify and analyze variances in customer accounts and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Investigate and clear unallocated entries in customer accounts.
• Support the accurate matching and application of customer payments to corresponding invoices.
