Senior Account Executive (AR & Fixed Assets / Govt Sector)

Overview

Senior Account Executive (AR & Fixed Assets / Govt Sector) responsible for supporting AR and Fixed Assets management, processing AR transactions for external customers, donors, and internal units, and assisting with monthly and year-end closing activities within the government sector context.

Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Receivables (AR) and Fixed Assets management
• Process AR transactions for external customers, donors, and internal units
• Handle invoicing, late interest charges, and issuance of Tax-Deductible (TDR) and non-TDR receipts
• Record donations and donation-in-kind transactions
• Perform bank clearing, reconciliation, journal updates, and accounting adjustments
• Assist with Direct Debit setup and follow-ups
