We are currently seeking a Selenium Automation Java Guidewire Tester to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

• 3-5 years of QA experience
• Prior experience in Insurance P&C domain is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Good understanding of automation Selenium in Java Language, best practices, and their applicability.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, and test cases.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, self-Driven, and independent.
• Experience working in a fast-paced project environment.
• Should have good Aptitude/Communication & team handling skills.
• Have a 'differentiator' mindset - a practitioner who contributes to asset creation and builds the competency / team.
