Job Description:
Lead, coach, and support security officers during assigned shiftsConduct regular patrols and monitor all areas for safety and security risksCoordinate incident response, report writing, and escalation as neededMaintain positive relationships with mall tenants, guests, and law enforcementEnsure compliance with site policies, procedures, and applicable legislationAssist with scheduling, training, and performance management of team membersProvide detailed shift reports and updates to managementQualifications:
Valid Security License for the province of OntarioValid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved providerMust be willing and able to stand, walk, and patrol by foot and vehicle for extended periods (8-12 hours) Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalismMust have at least 1 year of prior security experienceExperience in physical / mal...
