Position Details
Key Responsibilities - Lead Area/Cluster Security and BC related work including customer S;BC; requirements.
- Provide S;BC; leadership across the sites/locations and local S;R; communities, business leaders and customers (incl. KCMs).
- Rollout the S;BR; standardization and management framework related to Duty of care and to MCL/TbM/MGFE making sure they are adequately implemented (quality), monitored for effect (impact) and that external regulations (C-TPAT, TAPA, IATA, AEO, etc.) are adhered to.
- Mentor and upskill people and business leaders across cluster.
- Lead and monitor S;BR; execution through cluster and functional buy-in. This to include support of test and initiatives for improved Security and LP.
- Conduct Foresight/Predict threat assessments towards people and sites/locations including loss trends, new business proposals and other potential business threats and risks and deliver fact-based risk mitigation advise.
