Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Secret Cleared Help Desk Consultant to perform initial problem analysis and triaging problems to appropriate technical staff for resolution within an Electronic record keeping system (ERKS).

Project Description:

The team has implemented the DRMIS Plant Maintenance (PM) module as the RCAF aircraft maintenance electronic record keeping system (ERKS) for the CT Dash 8, CHF Chinook, CCJ Hercules, and CC Kingfisher fleets. Future fleets include those from the Strategic Tanker Transport Capability (STTC) and Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) projects.

Must Have:

  • Help Desk (7+ years)
  • SAP Solman (5+ years)
  • ERKs Electronic record keeping system (ERKS) – (5+ years)
