The Dispatch Specialist will play a key role in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders from our valued external and internal customers. This position requires a swift and professional approach to overcoming service‑related challenges. We are looking for a candidate who brings experience in Customer Service and Dispatch to the table. Please note this is a seasonal/temporary position with a fixed‑term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures that all communication with customers (internal/external) is courteous, cordial, business‑like and timely.
