Join the Aquatic Guardian team as an Operations Planner for 2026. This seasonal role focuses on planning and organizing aquatic field activities while ensuring effective data management.
Reporting to the Aquatic Resources Manager, you will collaborate with the Aquatic Guardian Supervisors and the Gwa’ni Hatchery Manager. Your core responsibilities include scheduling field and hatchery activities, packing essential gear, and maintaining equipment. You will also track program deliverables, support funding requirements, and represent ‘Namgis within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and plan aquatic field and hatchery activities
• Pack scientific equipment and safety gear for field work
• Assist with developing season and operational plans
• Maintain equipment tracking for transportation and monitoring
