About the team

The Search Operations team aims to enhance the search user experience, significantly impact the products' Daily Active User (DAU), and drive increases in traffic and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, recruit, and develop the local search operation team, enabling them to reach their full potential while maintaining high standards and quality of work.
- Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with TikTok's core values and follow existing policies and procedures.
- Guide the team in policy, process, and strategy localization, business process outsourcing (BPO) quality management, quality assurance, root cause analysis (RCA), data analysis and deep dives, report creation, and policy recommendations. Also, strengthen the team's understanding of Search Ops policies.
