ArchiWise is the AI decision platform for real estate pre-development. We help developers, brokers, and architects figure out whether a deal is worth pursuing before they commit capital: where to build, what can be built, whether it pencils, and whether it'll get approved. We're live, generating revenue, and already working with teams like CBRE and Habitat for Humanity LA.

We're hiring our first dedicated sales rep to build the top of our funnel. You'll be the first voice prospects hear and a big part of how we grow.

What you'll do

• Own outbound prospecting to real estate developers, brokers, architects, and acquisition teams.
• Book qualified meetings and run product demos that show the value fast.
• Manage your pipeline and follow-up end to end.
• Work directly with the founder to refine the pitch and close.
• Bring what you hear in the field back to the team. You'll help shape how we sell.
