In your new job as SDM Specialist you are part of the Healthcare Team and responsible for the active support of our Service management team.
Tasks include:
Providing support to SDMs for our DTHS customers in various administrative tasks, from the ordering process to invoice preparationEnsuring activities are billed, checking orders and approving invoices by contacting the Billing Team and Application Management colleaguesConfirming the number of User licenses with the customerEnd-of-month invoice reviewProactively follow up with developers to confirm completion of tasks and trigger billingPreparation activities for regular customer meetingsOwnership of shared group mailbox from the HCM TeamQualifications
