We’re looking for a SAP VIM specialist join us at Telia.

I am Eva Tallat-Kelpšienė I am leading a Sourcing and Supply Chain Solutions team at Telia group. I am looking to bring in another SAP VIM specialist to help us out with all the exciting work we do!

This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and delivering minor enhancements within SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) primary in SAP s/4 environments, supporting finance users and stakeholders across the Nordic countries (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland).

What you’ll do:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for SAP VIM, including incident management (minor to critical), troubleshooting, service requests, and root cause analysis in line with OLAs.
  • Monitor invoice processing flows, queues, and background jobs to ensure stable and timely end-to-end processing.
