Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- SAP Certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Solid understanding of Core HR business processes
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Foundation Objects configuration
- Business Rules and Workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
