2nd and 3rd level support of the SAP systems of AVL in the area of finance modules (FI/CO)Processing incoming SAP ticketsOngoing system monitoring and optimization of the systems including scheduling and monitoring regularly running background jobsProcessing SAP Change Requests in the area of finance modules (FI/CO)Recording requirements for SAP Change Requests (CRs) together with the AVL business departmentsDeveloping solution concepts for the recorded requirements for SAP CRsTechnical implementation of the developed solutions for SAP CRs using customizing and/or ABAP programmingSupporting the departments in testing the created CRs and documenting the created solution REQUIREMENTS
