Client Delivery Manager (CDM) MEE

You’ll be the main point of contact for SAP's private cloud customers, covering offerings such as RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), and Cloud Application Services (CAS). You will align with customers, plan and steer engagement, and act as the customer’s ambassador within the Enterprise Cloud Services organization to drive business in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Management: Plan and review services in accordance with the customer’s requirements; manage stakeholders.
• Delivery Management: Day-to-day operations, support of projects, and de-escalation of critical engagements.
• Account Management: Commercial account management and increase of customer satisfaction.
