As SAP BASIS support lead, one needs to manage the technical administration, performance, and stability of SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, APO etc.). Key responsibilities include leading a team for 12x5 support located in India, handling complex installations, upgrades, patching, transport management, and ensuring disaster recovery procedures.
