Responsibilities
- Test Strategy and Process Ownership
- Define, document, and improve QA strategies for multi-org Salesforce environments
- Develop QA processes, templates, and standards
- Author test plans and cases aligned with requirements
- Establish quality gates across development stages
- Test Execution and Coverage
- Lead functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Validate configurations, custom development (Apex, LWC), and API integrations
