What You Will Do Day to Day

• Lead complex Salesforce solutions using advanced Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Flows
• Develop scalable, enterprise-grade integrations
• Optimize performance, reduce technical debt, and refactor legacy components
• Conduct code reviews, define engineering standards, and mentor other developers
• Resolve critical incidents (Level 4), ensuring stability and quality in production
• Collaborate with Architects, Administrators, and Business Analysts to define technical solutions
• Participate in buy vs. build decisions, prototyping, and technical option analyses
• Ensure best practices for governance, security, testing, documentation, and compliance
• Contribute to DevOps strategies , test automation, release management, and deployment validation
