The analyst will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders—Sales, Marketing, Customer Service—and the technical teams, ensuring our Salesforce platform effectively supports the company's strategic goals and enhances customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements, new features, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) using standard functionalities such as workflows, process builders, validation rules, custom objects, fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
