Sales Support Associate – Entry Level

Location: Tlaquepaque, Mexico (HPE Guad office)

• Provide day‑to‑day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts primarily in indirect sales.
• Serve as the liaison between Arrow’s internal resources, vendor resources, and customers.
• Demonstrate a proactive and urgent approach on behalf of customers, anticipating requirements and communicating in a timely manner.
• Process routine or smaller customer orders accurately and timely, reviewing POs for accuracy, freight terms, transportation, pricing, technical specifications, part numbers and other unique requirements; resolve discrepancies; enter orders into the ERP system; monitor backlog reports to balance cost, delivery expectations, and vendor availability.
