We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Mexico team. The role focuses on field sales activities supporting distributors and expanding our retail footprint in hardware and tool stores. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast‑paced, on‑the‑ground sales environment.
Responsibilities - Conduct field sales visits to support distributor partners and expand retail presence in hardware and tool stores.
- Identify and onboard new retail accounts (hardware stores, construction material retailers, etc.).
- Train and educate store staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing feedback to the regional sales manager.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including market insights, customer feedback, and progress updates. <...
