Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking discovery meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research target accounts and decision-makers within assigned industries or territories.
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Create new opportunities and leads with the support of outbound marketing campaigns, sales sequences and follow-up calls to schedule discovery meetings.
- Facilitate initial discovery call meetings between prospective clients and sales representatives.
