Snowhotel Family is a family‑owned company that offers unique ice and snow experiences in Lehtojärvi and in Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi.

We are looking for sales representatives for the busy winter season 2026‑2027. In the sales department you will serve customers mainly by phone and email, make reservations, sell additional services and tickets for Snowhotel Family attractions, and work in cooperation with other departments to ensure each customer receives the best service. The department has two locations: Santa Claus Village and Lehtojärvi, which is 25 km from Rovaniemi city centre.

Full‑time employment starts at the end of September 2026 and lasts until the end of March 2027. Part‑time work is also possible according to your availability.
