We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Order Administrator to join our client's finance and admin team in Cork on a permanent basis. This company is a long-established food manufacturer with clients in Ireland, Europe and the UK.
Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for customers. Co-ordinating and processing all sales orders received. Taking orders from a range of channels and entering them into the order system in a timely and accurate fashion. Email and call handling in a busy environment. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records and managing customer order schedules. Must have the ability to prioritise and escalate issues where necessary and maintain and update price files with all customers. Liaise with sales reps in relation to queries with their customers.
