Sales Operations & Process Excellence Lead F/M
The Global Sales Excellence and Steering Team supports local and global Sales teams across more than 30 entities with initiatives related to learning, training, processes, tools, and sales steering. Our team operates across five countries with a shared mission to:
- Define the end-to-end sales process in collaboration with functions such as Underwriting, Legal, and Compliance.
- Digitize the sales process using Salesforce as the global platform for sales users.
- Support global and local tender processes through the delivery of sales pitches and materials via our Proposal Factory.
- Build and manage the Sales Academy, a central training platform for all sales professionals across Allianz Partners.
