Responsibilities
- Maintain the outside sales force structure by monitoring the percentage of time the Planning Advisors are in the office.
- Responsible for the time and attendance system of new Planning Advisors during the 16‑week training period.
- Interview, hire, and supervise Sales Office Assistants.
- Ensure all paychecks, along with paystubs, are available to the Planning Advisors in a timely manner.
- Create, approve, and submit EDT for all employee data changes to Human Resources.
- Review and approve and submit all invoices appropriately.
- Review and track weekly verification reports from each Planning Advisor.
- Review all commission statements and sales units reports for accuracy and report any discrepancies accordingly.
