**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION**:- Lead all aspects of the achievement of the sales quota and grow a defined sales territory with key accounts including both direct and thru distribution/channel sales.
- Regularly meet with Distributor/Channel Reps to develop:- Greater understanding of their needs from the Hoffman product line.
-Brand strategies and initiatives to achieve sales goals.
- Hold distributor and sales office's meetings to update sales teams on promotions, introduce innovation, and receive input from the sales representatives to develop share of mind.
