Position Details
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with customers.
