Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Ownership (Primary KRA)
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Drive project-based selling and avoid transactional sales
- Ensure margin protection and prevent price erosion
- Achieve order booking and billing targets
2. End-to-End Sales Cycle Management
- Manage complete sales cycle:
- Lead generation Specification Tender Negotiation Closure Execution
- Maintain strong conversion ratios
- Ensure early-stage involvement in projects
3. Dealer & Channel Management
- Develop and expand dealer/distributor network
- Ensure dealer target achievement, market coverage, and pricing discipline
- Support dealers with technical inputs, site coordination, and client meetings
