**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
+ The role is responsible for leading and managing the sales team within the assigned territory to drive business growth and expand market share.
+ This position ensures the execution of effective sales and promotional activities that strengthen the company’s market leadership.
+ The role also provides direct leadership to Clinical Sales Specialists, ensuring they deliver timely and accurate technical support to physicians during clinical cases while achieving assigned sales targets.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Own and manage the quarterly LBE, ensuring accuracy and accountability for all financial and operational inputs.
+ Provide timely and accurate monthly demand forecasts to Demand Planners by analyzing hospital usage trends and incorporating new product introductions or replacements for obsolete products.
