This is a regular full‑time position located in Langley, BC. You will be responsible for the Greater Vancouver area.

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with the District Manager, Sales Representatives and Store Managers to plan and implement specific initiatives to increase sales.
• Work with your team to meet objectives and increase sales by promoting NAPA’s marketing programs to customers.
• Recruit, develop, evaluate, train and motivate your team.
• Stay abreast of market developments, product line changes, new technologies and competitor strategies.
• Monitor sales by producing weekly and monthly reports.
