As a Commercial Excellence Specialist, your role involves translating strategy into execution by leveraging sales force effectiveness concepts, execution tracking and business insights to drive operational efficiency and growth. In this role, you will… Commercial Process Optimization: Research and develop effective solutions to scale commercial operations, minimize manual workarounds, and enhance overall efficiency. It includes sizing, territory design, deployment, quota setting, call planning etc. with involvement of any related area. Lead internal process improvements streamlining workflows and resolving any ambiguities or conflicting requirements. Point of contact with regional Analytics teams to assure regional dashboards are accurate, with the appropriate user interface/story telling flow and aligned with our local business needs.
